Living a life that is meaningful and that brings you satisfaction on a consistent basis is very important to your overall happiness. You can discover your truth about what adds meaning to your life, and what gives you the feeling of satisfaction by creating two lists. Simply stating these things on paper makes you aware of them. With your lists in hand, prioritize the top 2 or 3 and begin making them a consistent part of your life. Once you create clarity for yourself about what makes you happy, and then take the actions to make it so, all that is left to do is enjoy it.
