His work—steeped in understanding and evaluating the unique behaviors, motivators, acumen, and competencies of his clients, along with promoting higher levels of awareness and communication—is unprecedented and has touched countless lives.
In his book, “Is It Fun Being You? The journey to lasting happiness,” Marcus introduces readers to the simple and unfailing coaching tool he developed to help clients reach new levels of happiness and ongoing success. Through the application of TDSF™, readers are empowered to evaluate their immediate thoughts, actions, words, and feelings to control their reality and create the life they desire.
Marcus is a Certified Value-Added Associate for Targeted Training International (TTI), Inc and Certified Facilitator for Indigo Education Company.
In 2011 he was recognized as “International Coach of the Year” by The Coaching Institute (originally known as Comprehensive Coaching University) and remains the only coach to be nominated for three consecutive years.
He has been a featured guest speaker and presenter for many organizations and a newspaper columnist for The Business Times Newspaper since 2010.
An extension of his direct work with clients is a highly selective training program designed to help fellow coaches optimize their business practices and improve their professional skills.
In his own words, Marcus expresses his passion for helping people:
“Through my own relentless pursuit of happiness and the accumulation of tools to not only help myself, but others too, I now have the privilege of coaching clients in creating what they want. I have made decisions which have delivered rewards beyond what I thought was possible, and also decisions that did not move me in a positive direction. These experiences have fueled my desire to be more than what I one was – to be happy, successful, and fulfilled as much as possible. The journey to one’s greatest self – to a greater life – is the most important and rewarding journey anyone will ever take.”
A former financial investor, Yoga instructor, and whitewater raft guide, Marcus currently resides in western Colorado with his wife, Kellie. Together they have three grown children. When not working, Marcus enjoys reading, fishing, traveling, watching the sunset, spending time by the water, and savoring the solitude of time alone.
Marcus works with clients locally, regionally, across the country, and around the world.
“Imagine if you had the power to gather up your whole world, your life, and move it – to shape it and change it like clay, and create out of it something profound, something beautiful, something unique. It sounds like a modern-age fairy tale, but I assure you it is not. This is what Marcus offers us.”
