How you feel – whether you are happy or not – is a byproduct of your thoughts, actions and words. The great news is that you have the power of choice regarding these aspects of your life. The secret to being happy on a consistent basis is to consciously choose your thoughts, actions and words so that they align with the feelings you want to experience. Choose the feeling you want to have then, entertain only the thoughts, actions and words that give you the feeling you desire.
