Being aware of what you do not want is helpful in creating clarity about what you DO want, but focusing the majority, if not all, of your time, attention and energy there is disempowering. The key to getting what you want is focusing on exactly that. As you direct your thoughts, actions and words toward your desires, you become happier, and what you want is realized.
