Each experience contains valuable information that can prove useful as you make choices in the future. Pay attention to your experiences – your thoughts and feelings about them. Use this highly valuable information to repeat choices that created outcomes you liked and felt good about. Conversely, use the knowledge gained from previous experiences that you did not like or feel good about to make a different choice the next time. Your experiences are learning opportunities, which if used, will make you wiser.
