People will behave in ways that you do not understand, agree with or condone. And, the same is true of you, from the perspective of others. Therefore, do your best to not take the actions and words of other personally. In truth, their behavior is about them, not you. Avoid making assumptions about other people and placing your judgments upon them. After all, you wouldn’t want them to do these things to you and, your assumptions and judgments will not improve their behavior. Only they can do that. In the end, getting bothered, flustered, and angry about the behavior of others only serves to disturb, upset and derail your happiness and success. Stay focused on being the best version of yourself that you can be and live the greatest life you can.
