In the midst of when things are challenging, not going “your way” and are just plain irritating, catch the growing disturbance within and stop yourself for a moment. Then, ask yourself if you want to spend another minute of your day bothered and unhappy. Doing so, will bring you into greater self-awareness and give you the opportunity to consciously respond to your reality, as opposed to, merely reacting to it out of frustration or anger. As you choose to “reboot” your outlook to a more positive perspective, you will put yourself back on track to a happy and successful day.
