It’s easy to develop the belief that your glass is quite empty when your attention and focus are consumed by the few things you consider to be “wrong” in your life. However, a balanced perspective will always serve you better in living a life of quality. Step back from your circumstances, look at your life in total and come to see that your glass is actually quite full. Stay positive and empowered: Never let the few challenges you have, even if they are significant, rob you of the many gifts in your life. Count your blessings each day to remind yourself of just how full your cup actually is.
