For most people, it is unpleasant to be around someone who is negative, judgmental, critical or angry. However, you can leverage your experience with these people to improve your own life. Look upon those who are unhappy, negative and unpleasant as mirrors that reflect back to you, a helpful reminder of the person you don’t want to be. Then go about the living of your life in the most positive, upbeat and constructive way that you can. There is profound wisdom in being grateful for what unpleasant people show you, and utilizing the experience to enhance your own attitude, outlook and happiness.
