When trust is present in a given relationship, it has the potential to blossom into something wonderful and profound. When trust is damaged, lost or was never there, the relationship’s potential is limited accordingly. If you can’t be open and honest with those you share your most treasured relationships with, ask yourself why, work to address the reason with the other person, and be diligent in building trust through communication and understanding.
