One of the more challenging things in life is when you become acutely aware of the pain and hurt a loved one is experiencing after a negative interaction with you. Both of you may be hurting, but when their look and touch are devoid of the love you look forward to, and their communications are strained, short and leave you feeling uncertain, it feels terrible. If you truly love someone, do all you can to never create negative – hurtful – experiences with them. Cherish your love, protect it and do everything you can to grow and strengthen it.
