People will think and behave in ways you do not agree with or understand. Circumstances and situations will arise that you did not expect and may not even want in your life. If you let it, external reality can become extremely frustrating, overwhelming and disempowering. The vast majority of external reality is out of your control, and it’s a good thing, that would be a lot to be in charge of. Your job is much simpler and more manageable that that – control what you can (you) and let the rest go. This one “little” shift in your perspective will make a huge difference in the quality of your life as you replace frustration with self-empowerment.
