Being an integrity based person has nothing to do with being perfect or flawless. Integrity starts with doing your best given the circumstances. It’s about owning your thoughts, actions and words whether the outcome is what you intended or not. Integrity also involves learning from your experiences, implementing that knowledge and becoming more than you were before. When you are a person of integrity you treat others the way you want to be treated. Integrity is not about merely telling the truth, it’s about owning your life and being the best version of yourself that you can be.
