It’s the abundant “little things” in life, that when combined, make a huge difference in the amount of happiness you experience. Thoughts of gratitude evoke good feelings, and the better you feel, the happier you are. Start each day by being grateful that you awoke – that you are alive – and build from there. Become very aware of how wonderful it is to see, hear and move your body. Rejoice for your home, family, a hot shower and the food in your refrigerator. There is an abundance of things in life to be grateful for. The more you become aware of and, thankful for them, the happier you will be. Look for, and find every reason to be grateful.
