Maturing or “growing up”, as is often said, is not about losing your childlike qualities. In fact, some of these are quite valuable in your adult life. Maturing is about becoming the greatest version of yourself. It is accomplished by identifying your habits or ways of thinking, behaving and speaking and, surrendering those that no longer serve you in becoming the person you want to be. Maturation is also about enhancing or strengthening those habits that do serve you, and the life you value most. Become aware your habits, let go of the ones that limit you in some way, and build on the ones that allow you to be your very best.
