Stress, worry, anger and unhappiness are such unpleasant feelings and, they greatly diminish the quality of one’s life. When these feelings are at work within you, become very aware of just how disturbing and uncomfortable they are. This realization will help you to stop yourself from heading down that unpleasant path any further. Instead of giving your attention to the thoughts that are causing you to feel these negative emotions, change your perspective by focusing your mind on gratitude and the upside of what you are dealing with. There is always something to be grateful for, and there is always an upside. Find them!
