When you do what you love, happiness follows. Make a list of the things/activities you love to do. Then, look over your list, and decide on three to five that you can easily incorporate into your life over the next week. Make plans, set aside the time, and engage your passions with a greater commitment and consistency than you have been. In return, you will get back into the things you enjoy, and your feelings of contentment and happiness will grow.
