We all want the best relationships possible. Often, we expect others to change what they are doing in order for the relationship to improve. However, the one aspect that you have control over is, who you are being with those you are in relationship with. Openly and honestly communicate about what you want with the people in your life, and make adjustments on your part that will lead to improvement. Relationships are definitely a two-way street, but you can lead in a better direction. Bring the very best of yourself into all of your relationships and be the change you would like to see.
