We have the tendency to be our own worst critic. There is no doubt that honest self-appraisal is a very useful skill when it comes to personal development. However, picking yourself apart, and focusing only on the negatives you find within, will not help you to become the greatest version of yourself. Look for and come to see the best in you. There is empowerment in improving yourself, and enhancing the wonderful aspects of you that are already present is an excellent place to start.
