Through introspection, come to know what you want to create and how you want to feel as you live your life. Then, be aware of what you are thinking, doing, saying and how you feel, as consistently as you can. When you find that your thoughts, actions, words and feelings don’t align with or move you toward what you want, change them so that they do. When you choose to consciously direct yourself toward what you want, what you want appears in your life.
