Recipe for a great life: take deep breaths, relax, smile more, laugh often, give hugs, move your body, let those you love know it, try new things, endeavor to be your greatest self, help others, get out in nature, eat healthy and delicious foods, rest when needed, give for the sheer joy of giving and, enjoy everything you can, as often as you can, for as long as you can.
