Have you noticed how great it feels when someone gives you praise – how it fills you up and motivates you to keep doing that behavior they appreciate? Praise works in the other direction as well. Look for reasons to appreciate the solid efforts of those around you. People aren’t perfect, but when they give their best reward them with the fulfilling and motivating power of your praise. Positive reinforcement works wonders.
