Allowing yourself to become distracted is easy, but it leaves you in a situation that is displeasing. Develop your ability to focus by catching yourself becoming distracted, stopping it and redirecting yourself to focus on the task or activity at hand. Over time, you will create a habit of focusing and everything you do will be of greater quality and, you will feel a wonderful sense of accomplishment.
