If you stop and consider what you really want in life, you’ll probably come up with things like: more money, a vacation, time to read a book and relax, love, a new car, better relationships, etc. If you go a little deeper, asking yourself why you want the things you do and also get in touch with your feelings about them, you will discover that what fuels all your desires is your primary desire which is to feel good and be happy. I invite you to think thoughts, speak words and take actions that make you feel good and which foster in you the happiness you seek.
