Have you ever noticed how when you focus your attention on worry, what you’re worrying about gets bigger and stronger? Have you also noticed that the more you focus your mental energy on fear, the more afraid you become? I have found the same to also be true for wonderful things like love, health, happiness, and success. In other words, as you set your attention solidly on anything – positive or negative – it grows in you and in your experience. If you want to feel good, but find that your thoughts are dominated by things like worry, fear, anger, suspicion etc. you must redirect your thoughts and focus them of what you really want.
