With all there is to do on a daily basis life can be, and very often is, a fast paced experience. There are certainly times and situations that require a faster pace, but this need not become your norm. If it does, you’ll wind up missing much of life’s simple pleasures and most profound experiences. Make sure to consciously pace yourself as much as you possibly can. Own your time and your reality or others and circumstances will. Make time each day to just be – without much thought and activity – watch a sunset, listen to music or hold your loved ones. Life’s most nourishing and satisfying moments are often found in the act of just being.
