Not being who you are – not living your life in an authentic way that is meaningful and true to you – creates internal stress and unhappiness. When you align with your true self, happiness grows. Rather than being who you think others want you to be, out of a fear that they won’t approve, be who you are, and let the chips fall where they may. You will find that things turn out much better than you imagined.
