Relationships are based on many things, but the strongest and most satisfying ones are built on trust, mutual respect and rapport. A lack of open and honest communication between two people can lead to trust issues and, once damaged, relationships become a slippery slope until the trust issue is addressed. If you desire strong relationships that are nurtured through open and honest communications, then lead the way, by always being open and honest with the people you are in relationship with.
