People say all sorts of things – they speak words which come from love and hate, freedom and fear and happiness and unhappiness… When someone shares a positive and uplifting message with you, soak it up, and enjoy the goodness they are sharing with you. See the truth about you in that moment through their eyes. Conversely, when people send negative and critical messages your way, pause for a moment, and check in with yourself about the truth of their statements. If there is truth to it, use the info to learn grow and become more. If there is no truth in their words, let them go and get on with the living of your fantastic life.
